Dates and Deadlines

COUHES meetings scheduled for 2023 - 2024 are listed below.

All new standard applications and continuing review questionnaires must be submitted by the deadline dates listed below. Meeting dates are subject to change without notice.

New submissions received by the deadline does not ensure review at the next convened meeting. Investigators must address reviewers comments accordingly before COUHES designates submissions for next convened full board review.

COUHES offers Weekly Virtual Drop-In sessions and is available for remote help Monday through Friday:
